Community Council Agenda September 4, 2019

1-Welcome and Introductions--Ms. Wright had everyone introduce themselves

2-Community Council Video-watched video regarding formation of trustlands and  how monies can be spent

3-Nominations and voting for School Community Council Positions-a motion was proposed to nominate Tiffany Godfrey as council chair. The vote was unanimous for her in that position
It was proposed that Jessica Widrick be nominated as vice chair. The vote was unanimous for her in that position. 

4-Adopt Rules and Order of Procedure-the council decided to continue with the existing rules and order of procedure

5-Review of current plan-Ms. Wright gave an overview of the plan for this school year with budget information.

6-TSSA info-Ms. Wright explained what TSSA is  and the additional funding it brings to the school. She explained that this year the monies are being used to extend goals from the trustland plan. There will be aides in 4-6 grades, money will be spent on reading training for aides and all teachers, as well as technology costs. 

All members of the council were in attendance
