1-Paraprofessionals will be trained and used to provide students with progress monitoring, intervention, and enrichment ($26,663)                                                                                        
2-Teachers in grades 3-6 will receive reading training and materials to improve small group reading instruction ($5,988)                                                                                                           
3-Subs will be provided for teacher training ($2,000)5-Funding of .25 salary and benefits to provide class reduction  ($7,489)
