1-Welcome- Brent Hogan

Review and approve the School LAND Trust minutes from the prior meeting.

School Safety/Digital Citizenship Plan.

 

English Language goal measured by Acadience Reading Data has a 5% growth

Budget includes: Reading aides, art teacher, chromebook lease

 

2-Review of TSSA, data, draft for next year 

Increase math proficiency is up 3% using Rise data. Aides, replacement of technology, chromebook lease.

Salaries, Mental Health Specialist- ℅ $20,892- tech- tv boards?, end of year, summer installation

3-Review of Trustland, draft for next year

Payroll, panels ℅ $7,500

Can we use that money to go towards a marquee?  Mr Hogan answered no, we need to use that money for capital improvements.

 

4-Review Esser ll and (new esser lll)

Sound systems- 11 or 12 installed and paid for.  There are 22 remaining to be installed.

In regards to COVID gaps, we will use $2,500 for academic support.  We will check with the district on if a few hundred remaining will go towards hand dryers in bathrooms.

 

Is the tech the same as last year?  Yes, TV screens.  Motion to approve by Brent Hogan, Made by Corrie Hout, Second by Victoria Spitzenberg

 

Mr Hogan asked all community council members who participated online to come to the school to sign a form

 

It was asked if we could use PTA fundraising for aide salaries, Mr Hogan answered that the fundraising would not be enough to cover the salaries.  We will have to decrease aide time to stay within our budget.  The question was asked if we could use Americorp and the answer is no.
